Ja genau, Spanner ausbauen, dann das Werkzeug entfernen und die Gleitschienen wechseln, sind einfach nur raufgeklipst.

Als Öl habe ich Meguin High Condition 5w40 verwendet. Wurde hier im Forum mehrfach empfohlen, also habe ich es mal ausprobiert.
